How to make a decision when you feel torn.

You do not need to wait until all doubt disappears before you choose your next honest step. First learn what the conflict inside you is actually saying.

The Feel Different view

See what is really organising the response.

Feel Different treats emotions as guidance, not commands. A feeling can show that something is alive, blocked, wrong, right, or out of alignment. When you feel torn, the first move is not to force a pros-and-cons list or silence the feeling. It is to notice the change in your state and hear the Source Code that came with it.

The Pathological Inner Critic can fill the mind with fear, pressure, and excessive analysis. It may tell you that you need complete certainty before you decide. The Meta-decision is different. It asks what you are meeting: a surface prediction that can be examined, or a deeper emotional charge that needs to be understood before a clear choice becomes possible.

A key distinction

A decision can come first. Clarity and confidence can come later.

Feel Different does not teach reckless action. It teaches that waiting for fear to vanish can become another form of avoidance. Once you have heard the feeling and Source Code, choose the next step that is honest, proportionate, and aligned with the life you want to create.
