A trigger changes your state
A deadline, a message, a meeting, a conflict, or the thought of being seen can create a sudden shift in how you feel.
Project Anxiety
Project Anxiety is a Feel Different knowledge library for people who are tired of being driven by dread, perfectionism, avoidance, and the pressure to get everything right.
“Anxiety is not only a feeling to get rid of. It is often a signal that a familiar internal pattern has taken over.”
The Feel Different approach
What Project Anxiety is
Fear can protect you when danger is real. The problem begins when a familiar inner pattern turns a situation, a thought, or a possibility into a constant state of pressure.
Feel Different teaches you to use the feeling as a signal. You learn to hear the Source Code beneath it, recognise the Pathological Inner Critic’s strategy, and choose a response that fits the actual depth of the pattern.
This is not a site about forcing yourself to “calm down.” It is about understanding why the same fear keeps returning, why avoidance can make it stronger, and how to move forward without turning your life into a fight with yourself.
The Anxiety Loop
01
A deadline, a message, a meeting, a conflict, or the thought of being seen can create a sudden shift in how you feel.
02
Under the feeling is often a sentence, image, or prediction: “I will fail,” “They will reject me,” or “I will not cope.”
03
It tries to protect you from pain through perfectionism, prediction, comparison, and the demand to get everything right.
04
Withdrawing, delaying, over-preparing, numbing, or doing nothing may reduce pressure for a moment while making the next trigger feel larger.
Notice what changed in your body and state. The feeling is where the investigation begins.
Write down the exact sentence or image beneath the pressure instead of arguing with a vague cloud of dread.
Courage is not the absence of fear. It is the decision to act in the direction of your life while fear is present.

The first step is not to solve your entire life. The first step is to hear the sentence underneath the fear.
