The Feel Different view
Make the pattern visible before you demand a solution.
Fear can be relevant when danger is real. The problem begins when a thought of rejection, a difficult conversation, a deadline, or the possibility of being seen becomes an immediate threat inside the system. The body changes. Then Source Code gives that change a story: “I will fail,” “They will reject me,” or “I will not cope.” The person may then try to control the discomfort through avoidance, preparation, withdrawal, or self-attack.
In Feel Different, courage is the decision to take an honest step while fear is present. You do not have to wait until every doubt disappears. You do have to learn whether fear is showing you a real danger, a present limit, or an old inner pattern that is trying to stop your life before it begins.
A key distinction
Courage is not the absence of fear.
Write down one situation you are avoiding. Then make two short columns: “What is actually happening now?” and “What am I predicting will happen?” Do not force yourself to decide that the prediction is wrong. First make it visible as a prediction rather than allowing it to speak as a fact.

Follow the part of the pattern you recognise.
A clear boundary
Project Anxiety is coaching and educational material. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or replacement for qualified clinical care. If anxiety is severe, escalating, linked to self-harm, trauma symptoms, inability to function, or immediate danger, seek qualified local clinical or emergency support.
