The Feel Different view
Make the pattern visible before you demand a solution.
The map begins with a feeling. Beneath it may be a negative thought or Source Code. Beneath that may be an intermediary belief, such as “If I am rejected, it means I am unattractive.” Deeper still may be a core belief, such as “I am not enough.” The fifth level, trauma or the Primary Sentence, is part of the Feel Different map but not a self-diagnosis category. Strong or overwhelming material requires appropriate qualified support.
A newly noticed prediction can sometimes be questioned or held more lightly. A repeated, identity-level conclusion may not move because you argue with it. The Meta-decision is the choice to recognise what level is active and to choose a response that fits, rather than forcing the same tool onto every experience.
A key distinction
Different levels need different responses.
Finish this sentence: “I feel anxious because I am convinced that…” Then look at the answer. Is it a prediction, an if-then rule, or a total statement about who you are? Do not turn this into a diagnosis. Use it to decide what you are actually meeting.
Continue Project Anxiety
Follow the part of the pattern you recognise.
A clear boundary
Project Anxiety is coaching and educational material. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or replacement for qualified clinical care. If anxiety is severe, escalating, linked to self-harm, trauma symptoms, inability to function, or immediate danger, seek qualified local clinical or emergency support.
