A private 3-minute self-reflection for men
Discover the pattern that appears when pressure rises
The Inner Critic Scorecard explores how self-judgment, approval seeking, perfectionism, emotional shutdown, or lack of direction can influence a person’s next move.
Free. Private. Educational - not diagnostic. Basic results are shown immediately.
This is an educational self-reflection, not a diagnostic or psychometric assessment.
Why this reflection exists
Pressure does not always look like weakness
It can look like working harder, thinking longer, keeping the peace, hiding anger, or waiting for certainty. This reflection helps organize those experiences without turning them into another reason for self-judgment.
- See the pattern behind the reaction.
- Consider what the pattern may be trying to accomplish.
- Receive one grounded reflection to try today.
How it works
Ten questions, one clearer next step
- Answer ten short questions.
- See the strongest patterns in your responses.
- Try the recommended reflection.
- Save a seven-day starter plan by email if desired.

What happens to your answers
Your answers are saved only in your browser while you complete the reflection. They are sent to our server once, to calculate your result, and are not stored there.
Your result is never placed in a web address, never shared with advertising platforms, and never used to build a profile of you.
If you choose to save the seven-day plan, we store your first name, email address and consent. Your pattern is stored alongside them only if the company has enabled that option, and this is explained on the form.
Questions
Before you begin
Is this a test?
No. The Inner Critic Scorecard is an educational self-reflection, not a diagnostic or psychometric assessment. It organizes your own answers into patterns so you have something concrete to look at. It does not measure you against anyone else and it cannot tell you what is wrong with you.
Is it private?
Your answers are scored and shown to you. They are not sent to advertising platforms, and your result is never placed in a web address. If you choose to save the seven-day plan by email, only your first name and email address are stored, along with your consent.
Do I need to give my email address?
No. Your basic result appears immediately after the last question. The email form is optional and only there if you would like the seven-day starter plan sent to you.
Is this therapy or mental-health support?
No. This is general educational content for personal development. It is not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified professional support. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please contact your local emergency or crisis services.
How long does it take?
About three minutes. There are ten questions with four answer options each. You can go back and change an answer, and your progress is saved on your device if you need to step away.
What happens after I see my result?
You get a short explanation of the strongest pattern in your responses and one three-minute reflection to try today. From there you can save a seven-day starter plan by email, read about the 21-day program, or simply close the page.
