Why it matters
One connected system, not another isolated problem.
Feel Different approaches relationships through self-esteem, boundaries, reciprocity, emotional openness, and responsibility for your own inner pattern. It does not promise a partner or teach you to control attraction. It asks a deeper question: what does this relationship activate in you, and can you meet that activation without abandoning yourself or trying to control the other person?
Rejection, conflict, silence, and closeness can activate Source Code and old conclusions about worth. The work is to recognise the feeling, hear the story underneath it, distinguish a present fact from an old pattern, and speak or act from integrity. Healthy connection requires both self-assertion and respect for another person’s boundary.
A first practice
Find the pattern before you make the accusation
After a difficult interaction, write four lines: what happened, what you felt, the exact sentence that appeared, and what you wanted to do next. This does not excuse another person’s behaviour. It helps you distinguish the present interaction from the inner pattern that may be making it larger or more familiar.
How this fits into Feel Different
This topic is one expression of the same work: notice what changes in your state, hear the Source Code beneath it, understand the depth of the pattern, and choose an honest next move instead of allowing fear or pressure to rule the response.
