Feel Bad.
Do This.

A practical guide for the moment your mind is loud, your body is tight, and you do not know what to do next.

Nothing is submitted Start with one real moment

Do this in order

You do not have to solve your whole life tonight.

Find the one feeling. Catch the one sentence. Take the next honest step.

1. Choose one moment

Not your whole life. One thing that still has a grip on you.

A message. A look. A mistake. An argument. A silence. A rejection. Write what a camera could have seen.

2. Feel it, then catch the sentence

Before you explain it, notice it.

The feeling is real. It does not automatically tell the whole truth. Where do you feel it? Then write the sentence that arrived in your mind.

3. Slow the verdict down

What happened is not the same as what it means about you.

You do not have to force a positive answer. Just stop calling a verdict a fact.

4. When thinking is not enough

You can understand it and still feel trapped in it.

If you know what is true but the feeling is still louder, use the full KUGEL™ before you send the message, make the decision, check again, attack yourself, or try to force the feeling away.

5. Go one layer deeper

What rule is quietly running this reaction?

When the same kind of moment keeps turning into pressure, there is often an inner rule underneath it. Try: “I must ___ or else ___.”

The Critic Check

Did that voice address your behaviour, or did it attack your worth? Keep useful feedback. Do not obey an identity verdict.

6. Take the next honest step

What would you do now if you did not need to make the feeling disappear this second?
